I’ve got one more wedding to share with you before I put up my Out of Office and we head down south for a much-needed getaway before fall wedding season kicks off. It felt nice just to type that. Out of Office. I like it.

But before we pack our boogie boards and a bottle of Aperol, let’s pop a cork and raise a glass to Jake + Kayla’s spring wedding at Stone Tower Winery in Leesburg, VA. With florals baskets for the bridesmaids and a lush and green vineyard backdrop, this wedding was such a standout. It took everything in me not to belt out the hills are aliiiiiive with sooooound of muuuusic during their post-ceremony portraits (scroll down and you’ll see why).

Kayla had the cutest second look for her reception – a shimmery, strappy mini dress – and we finished the night with a few portraits in the barrel room and a deluxe s’mores bar overlooking the winery. Such a fun day from start to finish – thanks to Amanda Summers for having me along for this one!
