Hello and good morning from the icy depths of January, the worst month of the year! Like most of the East Coast, we’re buried under several inches of snow, but I’m a housecat by nature and canceling everything on my schedule for the day feels nice. Although suiting up four children into snow gear feels like a full day’s work, amiright!? It also feels very good to not have any shooting on my calendar for a few months, and that breather means blog posts for us all. Weee!

I had a little day of mini-sessions last fall that ended up falling on a rainy weekend and we had to reschedule into November. I’m so glad we waited because it was a gorgeous day, and I love to see my brides and grooms turn into Mom and Dad, it really is one of the best parts.
