I try not to be too much of an emotional sap when it comes to my work – I have a job to do! Gotta do it well! Can’t have blurry photos because my eyes are tearing up! – but I am willing to make exceptions some of the time. Mother/son dances because, ever since I had our sons, it destroys me. When the Best Man has to pull the mic away because he’s getting slightly verklempt, I am right there with you, buddy.

And today, I’ll pull it together for these two kids who have had an absolute banner year – getting engaged, married, and now you can call them Mom and Dad. (Trembling lower lip.) I’m so grateful I’ve had a front row seat to so many precious life moments for Robin and Tyler – ya’ll know I love weddings around here – but parenthood is such a gift and I know these two will be some of the best.

We are so thrilled to know baby Jameson’s arrival is just around the corner and you better believe there’s gonna be some newborn pictures coming your way. But for now, enjoy the sweetest Mama and all the joy that comes with the waiting.
