I hope that anyone reading this is lucky enough to know these two in real life – I photographed Daniel’s brother Kevin’s wedding years ago and, from that point on, I’ve inserted myself into most Moore family milestones and hello, I’m not leaving. 

I love hearing a How We Met story, and I’ve had many couples who have known each other for years and years before they became official, but I think Daniel and Jessica are still the reigning champs in the lifetime department – they went to preschool together. 

Their summer wedding at Riverside on the Potomac was so perfect – we dodged storm clouds most of the day but never got soaked; they brought in a milk and cookies (and ice cream!) food truck at the end of the reception (this is never not a good idea, jot it down); and the Lord gave us a rainbow for their sunset portraits – I WILL TAKE IT.
