All my festive holiday cheer has been interrupted by a poorly timed head/chest/throat/body ache situation I absolutely do not have time for. So far no one else in the family has gone down, and I write to you at 12:45 PM on a Wednesday, still in my pajamas and working on my third cup of peppermint tea. After missing a much-anticipated cookie exchange last night (cookie exchanges! I thrive in those!), I woke up this morning feeling like death was my next door and in desperate need of cheering.

Kate + Chris! Let’s warm up our hearts and minds with this cozy and sweet winter engagement session in downtown Frederick, MD. Winter engagement sessions can be a gamble around here – you might get single digit temps and flurries, or a random 65℉ Sunday afternoon in mid-December and you can’t believe your luck. Spoiler Alert: We had the latter.
Downtown Frederick was looking festive and fine for us all afternoon, and I can’t wait for their wedding next autumn at Manor Country Club!
