What a perfect start to the spring wedding and engagement season – kicking it off with Molly and Alex’s downtown Baltimore engagement in Patterson Park! They’re getting married in Ohio, but Molly and Alex love their current season of life in Baltimore and wanted to document this sweet time there.

Molly and Alex, you were an absolute treat. Instantly warm and magnetic, effortlessly fun in front of the camera — and the two of them together had such easy, natural chemistry that was such a joy to photograph.

We started at their favorite corner store (Ann! Hi!) and then we wandered into some colorful alleyways and classic Baltimore row homes. We ended their downtown Baltimore engagement session at Patterson Park, where the spring blooms were absolutely showing off (this post is officially sponsored by Zyrtec). Cherry blossoms, soft green light, petals everywhere — it was dreamy.

There’s something really special about photographing a couple in the city they’ve made their own. You could just feel how much Molly and Alex have settled into Baltimore life, and I loved getting to document a little slice of that.
