While you may never have pegged me as a quitter, I am, in fact, a grad school drop out. I am the proud owner of exactly 1/2 a Master’s Degree in Professional Writing from Towson University, the second half I dropped like a hot potato when Quinlan took up residence in my body. I quickly decided I had no interest in discussing dangling participles with a bunch of aspiring novelists moonlighting as tech writers and look at us now! Still writing!
I tell you that to tell you this – I would zip onto campus for my evening seminars and then bolt right back home. Campus food, it’s just not for me! Had I stopped to take it all in, I might have stumbled on to Sherwood Gardens, an absolute gem of a space in Baltimore’s Guilford Neighborhood. Streets of Gatsby-era homes wrapped around the gardens, mature trees and streaming sunlight – it was entirely quaint and charming and such a great tie-in for their upcoming wedding at Springfield Manor. We’ll be celebrating their big day during the lavender peak and I love the floral theme we have going on here!
We had so much fun together and I am obsessed with how these images turned out. I can’t wait to celebrate with ya’ll next June at Springfield!
For all the other fans of Lauren’s Dress (!!!), you can find it here.
