I have the sweetest Gettysburg anniversary portrait session to share with you today! We are absolutely waterlogged after this past week and feeling a little blue for all the activities and sessions that have been postponed from the neverending rain. Softball! We wanna play it! Sessions! I wanna see ya! Let’s enjoy a big dose of warm sunshine with Chris and Iole’s 10-year anniversary session I photographed a few weeks ago at the Gettysburg Battlefield, shall we?
Chris + Iole carved out a session time just for the two of them (we aren’t totally heartless, the kids came to my mini sessions a while back so just calm down) to honor ten years of marriage and truly, I think all couples of should do this. We had the most fun, flirty time scooting around the peach orchard and battlefield together, talking about how marriage shapeshifts and gets sweeter all the time. I looked up the 10-year anniversary “thing,” I thought it might be gold or paper, but no – it’s tin. TIN! So I guess we’ll celebrate over a can of Spaghetti-O’s to keep with tradition – who makes the rules on this and how strict is it?
We had so much fun and I’d love to do more of these! Celebrating an anniversary soon? I’d love to hear from you!
